What FirstFill is
FirstFill is an independent business that compiles publicly available building-permit records into weekly lead lists for businesses. FirstFill is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any city, county, or government agency.
Data accuracy
Leads come from public records that can be incomplete, delayed, re-issued, or wrong. Estimated timelines (such as a pool's first-fill window) are estimates. Verify information before acting on it. We do not guarantee any number of leads or any business result.
How you may use leads
You may use leads for your own business outreach by postal mail, door hangers, and in-person visits, in compliance with all applicable laws and local rules (including no-soliciting signs, HOA rules, and door-to-door ordinances). You may not: (a) use leads for telemarketing, autodialed or prerecorded calls, or text messages to homeowners; (b) harass anyone or return after being asked not to; (c) place materials in mailboxes; (d) resell, publish, or share the lists outside your company; (e) use leads to discriminate against anyone.
Accounts and billing
Subscriptions renew monthly (or annually, if chosen) until cancelled. Founding-member pricing stays the same for 12 months from your start date. You can cancel anytime by replying "cancel" to any FirstFill email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
Territory
You choose ZIP codes or neighborhoods. Unless you have bought an exclusive territory in writing, other subscribers may receive the same leads.
Suspension
We may suspend or end access for misuse of leads, non-payment, or conduct that harms homeowners or FirstFill.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FirstFill's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. FirstFill is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
Changes
We may update these terms and will email active subscribers about material changes at least 14 days in advance.
