Why a permit beats every other lead
A new pool is a new route stop for years.

Pick your ZIP codes (or neighborhoods in Orlando). Choose new pools, rebuilds, new homes with pools, or add HOA and commercial pools.
We clean the records
A single pool often shows up as 2–4 permits (building, plumbing, electrical). We merge those into one lead and drop the noise: pool-house showers, hotel pool-deck remodels, "pool not in scope."
Monday: list in your inbox
One email, ordered for a door-hanger run, with a spreadsheet attached. When a pool you already have gets its next trade permit, we flag it so you know the build is moving.

What you do with it
Knock before the plaster cures.
- Door hanger this week, postcard in three. Owners usually pick a service company around the first fill. Be the name they already know.
- Call the builder. Every lead shows who is building the pool. Builders who don't do service need someone to hand new owners to.
- Fence, cover and landscaping crews: barrier inspections and backyard work follow the pool, so the permit is your early warning too.
- No cold calls to homeowners. We never add owner names or phone numbers, and our terms prohibit telemarketing. It's mail, door hangers and in-person only.

Questions
Straight answers.
Where does the data come from?
Public building-permit records that the City of Austin and the City of Orlando publish as open data. FirstFill cleans, merges and filters them. We are an independent business, not affiliated with or endorsed by either city or any government agency.
Couldn't I just look this up myself?
You could. Expect to search the city portal every week, weed out the rows that only mention a pool, match up 2–4 permits per property, and map the stops yourself. Most owners would rather spend that hour on a route.
Is it legal to market to these homeowners?
Permit records are public. Mail, door hangers and in-person visits are standard in the trade. We don't provide homeowner names or phone numbers, and our terms prohibit using leads for telemarketing, robocalls or texts. Follow your local rules for door-to-door solicitation.
My builders already refer customers to me. Why pay?
Referrals cover the builders you know. The permit list shows every builder working in your ZIPs, including new partnership prospects and the owners nobody referred.
How fresh is it? How accurate?
Austin publishes permits within days, and your list covers the latest week. Records can be incomplete or change, so treat each lead as a starting point. The build timing is our estimate (6–12 weeks from permit to first fill), not a promise.
