Information about you (our customers and prospects)
When you request a sample or subscribe, we collect your name, company, business email, the areas you serve, your business type, and anything you type in the form. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we don't store card numbers.
How we use it
To send your sample and weekly lists, run billing, answer questions, and improve the service. We send occasional product emails; you can opt out anytime. We never sell your information.
Service providers
We use a form provider, an email delivery provider, a payment processor, and a code/automation host. They process data only to provide their services to us.
Information about homeowners in permit records
Our lists contain property addresses, permit dates, permit descriptions, and the contractor named on the permit, all from public permit records. We do not collect or provide homeowner names, phone numbers, or email addresses. Public pages we publish mask house numbers. If you are a homeowner and want your address excluded from future FirstFill lists, email us with the address and we will suppress it.
Retention
We keep subscriber records while you are a customer and for up to 24 months after, and delivery logs (which addresses were sent to which subscriber) for up to 24 months.
Security
Subscriber information is kept in private storage with access limited to FirstFill. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you suspect a problem.
